Shipping policy

After receiving the order and clear payment for each order, our team will do our best to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days of your order being placed.

Please expect slightly longer dispatch and shipping times during peak periods.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched warehouse. 

All Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. In the event that no one is available to sign for your parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest exchange outlet where you can collect it during their business hours. Please note that it will be the receiver's responsibility to follow up with the service provider using the tracking number provided to determine the location and availability of the parcel for collection and re-arrange the delivery. If you have any questions or require assistance with this process, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to support you.

We want to inform you that we utilize the Sendle service for our parcel deliveries. Please note that once the parcel is dispatched and picked up by Sendle, the delivery time will be provided by them. This means that the delivery timeframe will be out of our control. However, if you ever need assistance or have any questions about the delivery status, we're here to help. Feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to follow up with Sendle on your behalf.

 

We do not ship to PO BOXES please provide a delivery address 

DELIVERY RATES 

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15 or FREE for orders over $300 (4-14 days depending on destination)

Express shipping is a flat rate of $45 (1-3 days)

Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination. 

Pre-Order shipping:

At A’Object We want to ensure you receive your pieces as soon as possible. This means that all in-stock pieces will be shipped immediately with your pre-order pieces being shipped separately in line with the estimated shipping dates. To find out about the estimated shipping dates for Pre-orders or for any questions on our shipping information, please email our Customer Care team at info@aobject.com.au prior to placing your order.

Change of shipping address It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure delivery address is correct at the time of dispatch. Re-direction fees may apply if goods have already been dispatched. If the order items have not yet been dispatched and you need to change your shipping address, you can request by emailing info@aobject.com.au .Please include your order number, original shipping address and updated shipping address.
